Draft for counsel
Privacy
Draft for counsel / Jay. Not legal advice. Not a published policy until reviewed.
SilverVaults is a small education site. It runs as a Next.js site on Vercel. This page does not claim that analytics are installed, that a mailing list exists, or that comments or accounts are turned on.
Who we are
Site: SilverVaults (silvervaults.com)
We do not list a public email, phone, or postal address on this draft.
What this draft assumes
The education site runs on Vercel (Next.js). Vercel, and any CDN or edge layer in front of it, typically logs technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser type. That is ordinary hosting. This page does not list subprocessors, cookie names, or log retention.
This draft does not claim:
- that analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar) are installed;
- that we run a mailing list or newsletter;
- that comments, forms, or accounts are enabled.
If any of those are added later, this page should be updated before the tool is switched on.
Information that may exist
Host logs. The host may keep server logs for security, uptime, and abuse prevention. Retention follows the host; we do not state a number here.
Comments / accounts. Not enabled on v1.
Contact. There is no public inbox on v1. See contact.
Cookies. We do not claim marketing cookies or an analytics cookie on v1.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run ads on this draft.
Asking about your data
If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted where we can delete it, there is no public inbox on v1 to write to. When an address exists, it will appear on contact and this page.
This is a short “contact us” path, not a full California CCPA/CPRA notice. A longer state-by-state section should be written with counsel once hosting, processors, and analytics (if any) are real — not guessed.
Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This is a draft. The published policy, when it exists, should be dated. Material changes (analytics added, a list, a new host, a public inbox, if one is added) belong in an update, not in leftover v1 language.
Disclaimer
This page is not legal advice. It is an unpublished draft for counsel. Confirm Vercel/Next.js processors with counsel before going live.
